Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Process Analyst with experience in quality control. 5+ years of experience in similar role with a BPO working background and Lean Six Sigma certification. Primary goal is to identify areas of improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate existing business processes to determine their strengths and weaknesses.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to clearly illustrate the process workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, or reengineering to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to measure process performance, identify bottlenecks, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a process analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using process analysis and project management tools/software.
