Job Summary
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with international companies, managing international accounts, handling fund transfers, and be proficient in international taxation and accounting policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated consistency of at least 2+ years in previous job positions with a strong track record of financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in the US Central Time Zone.
