Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Performance Manager to join our remote HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance management and employee development. Candidate should be empathetic and approachable.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance management programs and processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Identify and address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on career development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Assist in talent management, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices related to performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee performance management or a related HR role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated consistency of at least 2+ years in previous job positions with a strong HR track record.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in the US Central Time Zone.
