Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who has at least 5 years of client account management experience with overall 10 years of experience in sales, client facing and similar role in the US market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' goals and needs, and proactively offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Drive strategic conversations to align client needs with our media offerings.
- Monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and reviews to ensure clients' objectives are met.
- Empathetically address client feedback and concerns, seeking solutions collaboratively.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client success.
Qualifications
- Work experience of at least 5 years of client account management experience with overall 10 years of experience in sales, client facing and similar role in the US market.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent and native-level proficiency in English.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup, adaptable to flexible global client meeting hours.
